Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our cleaning service. We value your satisfaction and trust. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In order to provide you with the best service possible, we kindly ask you to follow our cancelation policy.

Our cancelation policy is as follows:

- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 to 2 hours before scheduled start time, you will be charged 50% of estimated fee.

- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 2 hours of the scheduled start time, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

- If the cleaning members arrives for a scheduled service, but is unable to gain entry or get started, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
