Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all cleaning services. By booking a cleaning service with Majestic Cleaning Solutions, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The client agrees to provide access to the premises, water, electricity, and any other utilities
or facilities necessary for the cleaning service to perform its duties.
- The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the cleaning service within 14 days of
receiving the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in the suspension
or termination of the service.
- The cleaning service agrees to perform the cleaning tasks specified in the service agreement,
using professional equipment and products, and following the industry standards and best
practices.
- The cleaning service agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and to carry
adequate insurance and liability coverage.
- The cleaning service is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by factors beyond its
control, such as natural disasters, accidents, theft, vandalism, or negligence by the client or
third parties.
- The cleaning service is not liable for any personal injury or property damage caused by the
client's pets, children, or guests, unless it is proven that the cleaning service was negligent or
at fault.
- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 to 2 hours before scheduled start
time, you will be charged 50% of estimated fee. If you cancel or reschedule your
appointment within 2 hours of the scheduled start time, you will be charged 100% of the
service fee.
If the cleaning members arrives for a scheduled service, but is unable to gain entry or get
started, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
- The cleaning service has the right to terminate the service agreement at any time, with or
without cause, by giving written notice to the client. The client will be responsible for paying
any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the date of termination.
- The client and the cleaning service agree to respect each other's privacy and confidentiality,
and not to disclose any personal or business information to third parties without prior
consent.
- The client and the cleaning service agree to communicate any issues or concerns in a timely
and respectful manner, and to resolve any disputes amicably and professionally.
